I've said this a lot lately but it really irks me. Update 2.0 let us drink at bars (except the Afterlife and Riot but they better fix that), when will they let us eat? There's plenty of animations for it already in the game. Let us eat Buck-A-Slice and all the other cuisine from the datashard!

I’m not sure about Riot’s menu but they will never “fix” Afterlife, probably. I love this game but the animations for eating and drinking for the NPCs are, as Adam Smasher says in the Edgerunners anime, “rudimentary”. They only really eat the same types of foods(mostly noodles from what I’ve seen). Afterlife won’t be given a drinking animation because it has unique cocktails. V is only ever served a beer bottle or whiskey in a lowball glass. In all likelihood they will not animate Claire serving you a Johnny Silverhand cocktail, it’s too much work at this point.

To eat at vendors, to drink at any place, to sit in every chair/bench, to take cabs and ride as passenger instead of fast travel.

Nope. It’s synth meat, which I believe means that it is largely made out of bugs.
Yeah this is why I got the mod that lets you eat at these places.
From the look amd described taste. They remind me of the “meatballs” in the hotfood section of my local grocery store.

Dude i remember my first playthrough i went in the resturant that gets held up and you can descalate the situation. The guy says anything on the menue is free. So i got a drink and bought food thinking id be able to sit at that counter and have a meal. I was dissapointed
