Core 0 is 40 degrees colder than my warmest core. Core 3 is my warmest core by ALOT. How do i fix this? I already tried reseating my heatsink and my contact frame.

How is your P core ratio setup for each core ? Expand “core clocks” on hwinfo.
Does this happen with any bios profile ?
If it is not happening from your settings then it is physical/mechanical and i would check your IHS with a straight edge and your cold plate and see if there is any big variations.
and if none of that explains it i would delid and relid or delid and direct die it. And if that does not work then i would wich i could still warranty the chip after delidding. lol.
so maybe rma chip if it is not a bios setting.
