Ive just started gaming an got my PC what do ya think to it, its just basic.. what can I do to make it better?

   Center you monitor, this looks way to painful for the neck to be constantly looking at it at an angle.

   Those budget Amazon mice can have massive accuracy issues, you can get one from steelseries, Logitech or razer for 20 bucks or under that will be waaaaay better

   I would get a wall mount for your monitor, it would give more space for u. Also u can get some led strips

   Best advce is you need time. Opinons are subjective, use your current setup for a long term and you will notice what needs improvement.
