    Wait…there are litteraly no differents?

Tried entering arasaka backyard using Abernathy name?

Corpo belongs to the Reddit I see.

Street kid and Nomad are fine as is though.

The corpo feels a bit off, forgetting everything they studied and learned in a few month. I mean, someone who worked at Arasaka counterintel should point out 10+ possible flaws in Dex’s plan.

A young beat cop (corrupt or honest, player choice), fired because of Lucius Rhyne’s budget cut would probably fit better than a corpo. Or maybe an undercover cop who was burnt by NCPD (or his superior, the only one who knew that he is a cop undercover is killed maybe)

Maybe also a rocker would also fit better the tone and mannerisms what mercenary V uses?

Nomads get a car, to be fair.. And Corpo gets a shitty gun.. So Nomads are the ones with something special.

Reality was 3rd person cutscenes? Wow you must have played a different game.

Honestly tho they made the playthrough feel totally different, my first time through i chose nomad cause i was completely foreign to the world and figured it was the one that would fit me best as a total outsider and it did

None of these paths has the 3th person cutscene.

  9. i like the lore implications of V being a street kid but yeah corp v is ruthless

Honestly? I never missed lifepaths. I’m not a immersion/roleplay stan, so the flavor dialogues are quite enough. I mean, BG3 implemented background in the very same way and I loved it

Nomad gets the best outfit, but the intro of Jackie is iffy.

Street Kid gets the best dialogue and origin fits best with the story.

Corpo origin really doesn’t make sense, especially the part where we’re best friends with Jackie with no explanation or reason.

I always looked at them as Dragon Age Origiin backstories. They where there but weren’t supposed to be your focus at all.

Gamers: I hate that they’re basically just the same story

Also gamers: so what’s the canon ending?
