Try and equip it in your create a weapon class screen. The only way I was able to use the blackcell smoke variant was by choosing it in there, it probably works the same for lethal grenades as well

The skin isn’t in the game yet. Just another thing paid for nor given to us again I can’t believe I keep doing this shit too. Buying theses stupid skins just so they can take them away next game
