With a mouse your hand rests in a somewhat natural position, where with the glove i guess you have to constantly hold it straight in ‘pistol grip’ which i would imagine would build up fatigue after a while?

I think i would get fed up holding my hand up. You could rest your hand/arm by placing it flat on the table maybe , and using a mat of some sort.
