It sure looks like it. The first snaps without shooting can easyly be recreated without hacks. Some people do that because they want to look sus. The flick for the kill is too snappy tho. This can also be a killcam issue where frames are missing, i would like to see another clip to be sure but i would give this a 95% that he cheats.
Side note: there is a way to download clips from the ps so you dont need to film your screen. Now i need to wonder about your setup…
