This game came out for specific users in 2016, that's 8 years ago, 8!! I could not find a specific release date for the game, I only got maybe 2025, 2026 or no date at all! Watching people getting happy for a sound update and small game implements after all these years is just comical to me.
Now if they can turn down that airplane. I live in a flight path with bigger planes flying lower than in game and they're no where near as loud.
Nothing major, still same boring cheater infested, desync ridden, bug paradise game. It has been out way too long. It’s so sad because their map design is top tier and the gun customization is the best there has ever been and probably will be.
I wish we could get the bloodhounds back again. They were awesome.

My guess is the ambient woods noise they are referring to was the amount of trees creaking? It was absurd sometimes.
I never understood why crab walking was quieter than slowly walking. If I was duck walking around like that for hours my legs would be obliterated
Not a fan of how they added the achievement for the spring event after the fact. Didn’t do it because it didn’t seem worth it

These changes are so minimal. They didnt do a good job, they barely do anything in patches. They are doing 0 work on spawns, extracts, matching time, and game optimization. Arena has cornball walky talky voice chat. They are adjusting a few values and typing out a long list of notes.

Silent crab walking is the best thing in the game. Without it I'm just gonna sit still and not bother. Just gonna get sound whored by some loser with thousands of hours

Crouch walking being silent was the only stealth mechanic in the game. Now it’s just Comtact Wars. Hard to maneuver around someone when they can hear you 50 yards away.

I don't get the boss ping thing in regards to interchange. Simple changing the ping situation isn't going to fix anything. The problem with interchange is that it's a pointless map to go to, unless you're tasking. Loot is abysmal, it's just player scavs looking for food, and sweats looking for Killa. There's no other incentive to go to interchange.
the crab walk really felt good. What is the point of sneaking if they can hear you anyway? I dont understand how someone sneaking is gamebraking and people cry, but I couldnt hear him, game broken. Thats kinda the whole point of sneaking isnt it??

IMO there should be ways to go "stealthy", but the idea that you have to crab walk to be silent was always hilarious and unrealistic to me. I mean it looks goofy af LOL. I always expected some kind of tactical walking mode like a CQB breaching team. Very slow, but more recoil reduction and less arm stamina. And mostly quiet, not silent unless you step on debris like glass. Would be not only realistic but cool. Also just makes sense this way.
