I tried twice to lower the cas latency to CL30 but found instability with stressapptest (tried changing training settings for the second attempt, didn’t work).

CL32 at 6600 with 1.4 volts is not bad at all.
I am not a DDR5 expert but it looks like you have headroom left in your secondary timings. That is where the real performance gains are, primary timings don’t do much.
