    I have this kind of set up for my workstation, however its a display tablet ([Example](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ij7H4g6VhM4): XP Pen, Huion, Wacom..etc). There is no point in doing what its in that picture if display has no other functionality attached…. unless they are trying to do some weird sit stand setup.

    The person could be a digital artist and the screen could have touch sensitivity but playing games on it makes no sense.

    This looks just like my friend’s wife setup who is legally blind. Her glasses are thick AF and she has her monitor positioned like this because she literally has to stick her face on the screen to see or read things clearly.
