in all seriousness though, that would be a fun mechanic if they intentionally did it. as your condition deteriorated you start to hallucinate and need to be extra careful about killing as it might be some random right in front of a maxtac instead of a scav.

Yup that’s been happening to me, most of the time though I’m walking or standing near a group of NPC’s and they will suddenly disappear or BLINK and a brand new set of NPC’s is now in their place.

Yeah there’s still some bugs in the game. Just yesterday I was doing the River questline and when he drove us to the run down house to look for clues his truck straight up yeeted itself into the room where all the clues were. Had to reload the auto save and even then that truck was possessed, but at least it didn’t fly through any buildings which allowed me to progresss.
