This happens after I reset my bios setting from this to default. Unless I set 253/307, I'll get those problems. Even with this setting I still get EDP throttling, I'm starting to think this is an RMA angle.

Update:

  • This thing just takes a lot of power to maintain so it will have high temp. For EDP throttling on idle fix was to increase both 253w/307a to 280w/320a. Doing this will have better performance but also high temperature. EDP throttling isn't a big deal according to what people said so you can lower those numbers to get better temp (I think).
  • For some stupid reason, the default setting put an unlimited power setting which is why it just instantly crashed.

    EDP throttling at 307a is normal. Try 400.

  2. These are most likely from too low Vcore. Try adjusting AC LL or simply add a voltage offset to see if that helps.

  3. Internal parity and L0 cache errors are caused by not enough VCore or not enough cooling.

    Either bump up the AC loadline, increase the LLC setting on your motherboard, or add a positive VCore offset until you’re stable.
