The 3.31 kit should clock pretty well, if it’s really Micron 8Gb rev E, it should easily do 4000 19-23-23-50 @ 1.45V

5.30 should be Hynix 8Gbit AFR.
3.31 is Micron 8Gbit “Something”. The issue is that while the last digit 1 means B, sometimes it is referring to revision, and sometimes it seems to refer to the design Z code. So 3.31 could be 8Gbit Rev B, 8Gbit Rev D (Z01B), or 8Gbit Rev E (Z11B). Rev E will clock very high.
You can try to narrow it down with tRFC. Rev D has the lowest tRFC and can do ~220ns. Rev E is more like 290 or so, and Rev B in the middle. Rev D has pretty significant negative voltage scaling for frequency, where Rev B has it as well but not often as severely.
Anyway you can try to search for OC results for these dies.

Corsair doesn’t typically like to be overclocked, but not always the case, however, from personal experiences, they will not play well together. However, being it is at least ver. 3.31… the one usually means it’s a b-die. That’s good. When buying ram like this, you have to make sure they are the same revision. They may work at stock, but overclocking 2 different chips tends to not work well. Especially Corsair.
