Huh, same thing and it’s been driving me crazy, and it’s not like the usage is misread because the temps are actually going up (judging by my fans ramping up). Could it be a virus or is it just a windows 11 quirk?

The CPU usage is governed by the principle of uncertainty. You can know what is the task but not its usage, or the usage but not the task itself, but never at the same time
