This could be old news, but I just noticed Hanako brought two biochips here. So I'm guessing this confirms that she made an engram of Yorinobu first before slotting in Saburo's engram.
Yorinobu surviving this ending (in a way) also tracks with how Hanako refused to say that she wanted him killed back at Embers, why he didn't shoot himself knowing what would become of his body, and why he welcomed Hanako like she had come to save him at the end.

So does that mean Yorinobu is imprisoned in Mikoshi? Since there’s no implication of new body for him, thats what I’ve assumed.(It could also be a form of punishment for treason)
He probably still loved his sister and is sad that she’s gone this far to stop him.
