Not sure if heaven is lying to me or if these cards are actually capable of 2000+ mhz but this is what I came back to after letting heaven run on extreme for an hour, there are no signs of instability and I average 140 +- fps on dota 2 max settings
Should I dial it back a bit or just let it run?

Heaven isn’t that heavy you should try a more demanding stress test. I suggest unigine superposition and the OCCT vram test.
In general try to run as many different games/programs as possible that are GPU demanding.
The clock reporting in heaven is known to be wrong, it usually reports the max instead of the actual core clock. Open afterburner or GPU-Z and you’ll see.
