add music to the map (even if it is classical) like all other maps.
add a special guest.
have more then 10 lines per character.
don’t waste resources on the super EE bossfight and use it to make a better map.
get rid of everything from ghost.
make new special enemies instead of just adding them all.

There are a lot of issues around having to do the first boss fight before the second. So I’d probably find some way to have the Easter egg paths diverge depending on if you wanted to do the Super EE vs the regular EE.
I still think that the Mephistopheles fight itself is the best and most fun bossfight that’s ever been in zombies made by anyone.

Change the atrocious Venom Z quest and make the boss fight easier on solo. If they did that (and maybe added some music) this map would be at least tolerable.
Oh, and either remove or nerf the ninja zombies

Don’t start the game with only cryptids before the power is on.
Balance cryptids to have less damage in exchange for their speed.
Remove Ninja zombies, if they wanted something from Shaolin, add the Skaters.
Remove Slashers from regular gameplay, they have no spawn sound and can insta down players after spawning behind them. Tie them to the Meph boss fight or the EE.
Make the EE slightly longer and reduce the Mammoth health.

Add Neil as a playable character
Alternative-Outcome
1. Make the Cryptids a special round. Keep it as zombies for the most part, but once round 5 rolls around, make Cryptids rain in as the special round or emerge from specialized spawn areas.
2. Don’t incorporate the theater area until after finishing the main Easter Egg of Beast From Beyond to signify Mephistopheles’s power being resisted and breaking down (hence the breaking down appearance of the theater and the appearance of other special zombies). Heck, at this point, throw in the other wonder weapons or something.
3. Give us a special guest character again that isn’t Willard unlocking in Zombies in Spaceland (or let him be playable in all of the maps instead of just Spaceland). Either that, or allow the other guests to appear in some form.
4. Balance the damn Cryptids. I know that they didn’t balance out the damage of the Scout Cryptids when compared to the Zombies, but I feel like the higher up Cryptids did the right amount of damage.
5. Allow a Super Easter Egg button or something to challenge Mephistopheles without having to do the whole Beast From Beyond Easter Egg, sort of like how Descent gets the Double Feature button in the spawn room in AW.
5.5. If they had the time, they could have done a super Easter egg only map that you unlock after finishing Director’s Cut that is the theater and parts of the other maps (sort of like Revelations) where you finally take down Mephistopheles. That way, we can have the theater area and the Mephistopheles boss fight but allow the return of Extinction to have it’s own map and identity. Coulda called it something like The Devil’s Dwelling to keep with the alliteration that was in most of the maps titles.
