Hi, im trying to overclock my old i7 but i just cant, when i set the multiplier higher then 42 it automatically changes itself to 42. I already tried updating the BIOS testing different voltage values. Here are my specs and an example video showing the issue.

Mother: Asus H110M-R
CPU: I7 6700K
Ram: 2 x 8gb 2133mhz (generic)

You need a Z series motherboard to overclock the CPU. With an h110 you are stuck at the max default boost of 4.2

See if you can change the bclk
