The E5 26xx v3 Xeons have locked multiplier and RAM speeds. There’s a BIOS mod for the v3’s that enables turbo mode at all times. The OC features in your BIOS won’t work with a Xeon. Unless you install a modded BIOS the best you can do is a slight BLCK increase. Max RAM speed for a v3 is 2133.

[Win-Raid Forum – Win-Raid Forum (Drivers – Firmware – Modding) (level1techs.com)](https://winraid.level1techs.com/) has the information you’ll need to do a modded BIOS.
