You can kill her before accepting the job. I tried it. Shot her on the head while she was in the passenger’s seat, and then the cop went bananas.

You basically just don’t do the mission and kill them all in the car at the verry start of the mission it won’t look like it but u got them and you’ll have a bounty because you killed the bad cop so while ur trying to kill him you got to fight other cops to but once he’s Gm dead kill the people in the car and delta
