I can’t get my memory OC to fail, but it doesn’t seem 100% stable

  1. I’ve run these settings for about 2 months. Stress tests done:

    50+ hours of ycruncher VST
    20 hours Prime 95 blend
    20 hours memtest x86
    6 hours OCCT memory
200+ hours of games like CS2, PUBG, etc.

In addition, I run folding@home 24/7, so my GPU is always heat dumping into my case to ensure that every stress test will simulate worst case scenarios.

    Stress test max temps: 52-60C
    In game max temps: 42-47C

I haven’t been able to find a single error, but I still find strange issues once in a while. I run sfc /scannow in my cmd every week, and every 3 weeks or so, it finds an error to correct. Twice, I’ve had issues where after waking from sleep, my mouse cursor can move, but the mouse left mouse button does nothing. Once, I’ve seen an icon disappear from my taskbar for no apparent reason (a blank space between icons). I’ve also had one system crash overnight while folding.

My CPU is at stock, and I do mess around with GPU OC sometimes. Can GPU OC cause all of the above issues? I do know that raising my memory up one tick to 6200 causes ycruncher errors in about 2 seconds. I’ve tried the inverse where I drop memory by 0.1v and trying an hour of ycruncher, but it doesn’t seem to readily fail yet at 1.415v.

    Thanks for any help!
