After you finish a match youll get to the screen where it shows all your teammates and their kills and allows you to đź‘Ť them and send gifts .
If you look below the 👍 and gift options there should be a “rate team member” option for each team member and then you can rate and choose what they did well if you want. If you rate low, you can choose what they did badly.
Whenever I come across a real asshole player on my team I make sure to rate low. If I play with team members that are fantastic I’ll make sure to rate them highly. However I probably don’t rate 95% of the ppl I play with
