It’s refreshing to see a real budget pc for a first teenager build. Enjoy it to the fullest.

Edit : okay, guys, I get it. That’s not really a budget build. Doesn’t change the fact that’s it’s nice parts for this price, though.

I don’t want to ignore the desk. The desk is cool too. Stop telling me what to do!

    nice setup dude.

Must feel so rewarding to have your first pc, i got my first pc on my 14th birthday. It was a hand me down from my dad. He built the system in 2015. So it was really shit with an AMD FX and a GTX 760, To be fair it was amazing for me at the time and i loved/still do. I saved up and upgraded the parts over time. Still a hunk of shit but it plays games! (Im 16 now)

Very nice! It’s slightly better than my pc I built at 17 with a job at mcdonald’s. (6600, 7600x, same amount of ram but likely a bit slower. The only area where I have above is the ssd, but only because mine is 2tb)
All in all, 10/10 build. Nice job!

  5. Schrodinger’s typo, is it a Ryzen 5 7600x or a Ryzen 7 7700x, we might never know

Despite the poor design of the case, I am prpud of you for keeping it on the desk. Floor computers should be convictable crimes.

Prime example of “don’t quit when the road goes uphill” 😉

I think this post may be legit. He took many pictures… but all from the same angle/profile point of the build. Mostly to show off different LED color schemes or if the color changed. But the lack of photography skill or creativity really sells the legitimacy!

Awesome! My first was an i7 4700, AMD Sapphire 7900 GPU and I think 8gb DDR3 that I built in 2013. Thing was pretty solid for its time and I used it until like 2018 lol.

    Times sure have changed!

Hell yeah. Hope you have endless hours of fun with it.

At 14, I was rocking Windows 95 or 98 and thinking it was such a magical upgrade from Win 3.11.

  12. CheeseFunnel23

Nice bro, I bought my first pc at ten,

  13. Roallin1

Nothing wrong with the desk if it works it works bought mine from a ReStore “Habitat for Humanity” resell full real wooden desk sturdy and sexy ass walnut desk for $20 bucks like 4 years ago. Don’t buy gamer trash specially as a 14 year old even something from Ikea will buckle over time your desk is good.

  17. CyanicAssResidue

Good job young man! Looks good, excellent price to performance…AM5 with ddr5 and a great 1080p card. Perfect, good job.

Great PC, dude! Love the purple RGB! Is that a Noctua cooler? Looks like a similar heatsink! One day I’ll buy a similar rig!

  19. major_jazza

This is sick. Perfect PC, reminds me of being in a similar position at that age!

Dw about the desk. We all been on dining tables, the floor, card tablets etc before getting a proper desk. You’ll get there

  20. Sock_puppetv1

Very nice !!! I remember when I built my first computer felt amazing . To be honest that’s not budget build IMHO like many have said I think 400 and under is budget I would say yours is mid tier .

  21. Is it pre-built? Cuz man that fancable on the heatsink annoys me, just turn the fan 90 degrees and problem would be solved

  22. Nosferatu-Padre

I thought that was the pokewalker thing from heartgold/soulsilver.

My first personal build was Pentium G4560 + 1050Ti when I was 12 yo. It did the job done. Now im 18 yo and worked half of my summer holidays to get R5 7600 + 4070. Nice first PC you got there.

  24. 2ndHandDeadBatteries

We’ve got the same headset! Lol

  25. Jackalene

That’s a nice build for a first and sounds like you did well for specs for that budget

  26. INFPguy_uk

A nice computer. What is wrong with the desk?

  27. IAmDefintlyMe

That’s cool, I’m just starting to save up for one (currently on a laptop) at 13

  28. MakimaGOAT

woahh you’re telling me 14 yr olds nowadays don’t all have 4090s!??!😂

    jokes aside, solid build ngl

  29. It looks like a pretty solid desk. Oh and nice pc as well

  30. scuffedoncringe

I bought a £1000 gaming laptop for school, it has a i5 12450h 3050 512gb of nvme storage and a rtx 3050, but that was best due to inflation for me, it’s a hp victus btw, needed a laptop for school and got that

  31. El_Androi

Now finally a believable 1st PC instead of your average 4090 + 14900 posts

  32. BloodyNinesBrother

Heyyy congrats! That’s a HUGE accomplishment! Enjoy it!
