Considering people used to say the Eye can only see up to 24fps this is a bonus imo.

You eyes don’t lag but monitors do and you can see the subtle differences when a computer will skip frames.
The faster the Hz, the less likely you’ll see lag and the better it will appear to your brain.

lol. I’ll trust the numerous other studies that say otherwise. Most seem to say the eye can register upwards of 400. The brain however can only process 120-200 maybe slightly more. Higher rates being tied to those who have trained successfully in tasks that require better perception. Combat aviation, baseball hitters, hockey goalies and esports. Odd mix, but it makes sense when you think about it.
But 37? Oddly specific and quite low. I know I can’t tell the difference between 160 and 240. But I can notice a change between 120 to 160.

Don’t question it, lest ye be banished into the shadow realm gulag of FX 4100 + GT 520, built by The Verge, running Temple OS, with nothing to hear but an MP3 of Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up” for eternity.

If I spin my head fast enough I will be able to sync with 37frames which will allow me to see more frames.

How do you know this is a Hoax? “RGB Doesn´t improve performance after all”. Srsly, PCMR is all about who can put the most RGB in his system because it gives Moar FPS

Untrained brains. I can tell the obvious difference between 30, 60, and 120 fps.

But what if my eyes are synced between the frames so I render when it’s blinking?

Humans are also the same people who’ll buy a computer with a 4090, 14900KS, 256 GB ram, 500$ liquid cooling system, 4 massive 8k monitors, etc etc to spend most if his time playing 15 year old games and web browsing.
Wouldn’t matter if we “see in 37 fps” or 370 fps or blind.
