No, unless is a brand new revision (which I’m 99% sure it isn’t these are just their weird 24gbit cut to 16gbit ICs) they are not gonna clock much higher than what they come from factory (6000 36-40-40 if I’m not mistaken), meanwhile for $12 more you can get a high binned Hynix A die (6000 30-36-36) on regular price and that will clock as high as your CPU and Motherboard can do.
