The ram is Hynix A-die I believe. The motherboard wouldn’t go above 6400 MT/s. The CPU is a 14600kf. It passed a 14 hour y-cruncher VT3 with these settings.

RFC2/sb can do like 444/388 or about that, maybe even slightly lower (but won’t matter much since refi is high)
RDPRE (or RTP here) can probably do 10 or 12
Tertiary are still on auto so there’s room for sure, RDRD and WRWR try 14/8,
RDWR try 20/20 or maybe 18/18 if lucky, WRRD maybe 58/46 or similar. You gotta try and test.
Also, unrelated, I think with that voltage you can push primaries lower expecially the CL
