I used to have a 1060, for a long long time, it still works like a charm, it always performed decently, stayed very cool, and was pretty cheap, it was plasticky and didn’t have a fancy backplate or rgb, but I never had any issues with it and never failed me

I ran my SLIed PNY 760s OC into the fkn ground. The duel fanned w/ the yellow racing stripes. One still works and is my backup. I trust their stuff. Had to call customer service once and it went great.

I had a PNY 970 for three years, and the friend I sold it to used it in a system for three more years. It was still working when he replaced it. Granted, that’s anecdotal, but it seems to fall in line with most people’s experiences.

I’ve had this model since close to release. Very happy with it so far. Like everyone else says, if you have a problem with the card I wouldn’t count on their support being too helpful. The card itself is great.

Had a pny 3080 for a year and a half after getting an rma for a msi card and I’ve loved it. Just last weekend I ordered this same card from Newegg and have been using it since Wednesday and have had no issues and has been fantastic at 4k.

PNY was willing to RMA it but I was within my return window so I returned it for a TUF which works perfectly
I suspect they screwed up the firmware or the bios or something. Idk but it was dumb as hell.. Fans were loud and annoying at 100% for no reason because the card wss only sitting in the 50s.

PNY manufacturer that creates nVidia reference cards, and quadro workstation cards. I think dudes who able to make something for workstations where if you f* up something it’s cost a lot of money and money that loses, and they still on business, they probably can create graphics cards for gamers.
Same with AsRock. They make 2CPUs motherboards for servers, so they know how to do this and again, can MB for gamers.

Absolutely. PNY is the only company that makes Nvidia’s professional cards, there must be some reason that nvidia chose them instead of someone else. I have a PNY card and it works great

I own a 4080S XLR8, its great. No weird noises, playing games at 144, max settings, 1440p. Doesn’t go above 55c, and honwstly stays at or below 50c for 95% of my game time. Its cool and quiet.

Had a PNY 4080 for 4 months after doing similar research into them. Everything I read suggests they’re a fine GPU manufacturer – if anything they seem to have LESS controversies or mass-scale failures than some of the other “bigger” brands.
Understand customer support leaves something to be desired. But to be honest, that is every single PC component company except EVGA and Noctua.
