The first shot I would attribute to game sense since he had just watched me peek, but he continued to narrowly miss me through the wall and at the end of the clip he clearly moves right over my hitbox before steadying his shot and pulling the trigger.

Difficult to say, could always just be luck. If it happened more often then that’s suspicious, but this clip alone, where you’re battling each other solely at that window, isn’t
Eh. Possibly hacks. I’ve hit a lot of lucky shots like this on nuketown though. Shooting through that wall. Shooting through the fences. Shooting through the garage doors. You’d need a lot more than just this one fight to say they’re hacking.
Realll hard to tell because we all have hit shots that makes us look like straight up cheaters, from the beginning both of you had the storm trooper mentality so I’ll say it was just luck.
