The first shotgun shot he did on the second person showed a shotgun hit reminder which indicates that the person was indeed hit with a shotgun. Also, there was no damage number which also indicates that he wasn't damaged. Basically, he was hit with a shotgun yet didn't receive damage… why codm? 😢
