The pictured location is a part of BOCW’s super easter egg. As you complete the main easter eggs for each of the round based maps and the two for Outbreak, more of the obelisks will light up, with one obelisk corresponding to each easter egg. As you complete more easter eggs, you will receive additional rewards by interacting with the stone portion in the center. Interacting with the stone portion in the center will also allow you to toggle the increased starting weapon rarity benefits of the super easter egg on and off.
