When she first exits the freezer, she will begin to attack. Simply exit the mission area, and she will disappear. When you re-enter, she will spawn-in, and be chilling in one of a few places. If you can get behind her fast enough, you can grab her and take her down instantly. If you cannot, simply sprint outside the mission area and try again.

Ths mission is bugged on my save. She’s no where to be found. For some reason she spawned at the top of that wall and jumped away. That’s the only mission I can’t finish XD

Use the Katana. Even on vary hard you can take her alive.

You can actually do this with almost any of the cyberpsychos. If you can get behind them without them being alerted you can grab them and take them down.
