used msi afterburner on an rx580 bc i wanted to get away with not buying a new one cause funds are tight, ended up with the pc crashing and not turning on. the only thing that happens when i press the power button is ram rgb lights up. i'm not advanced enough to know much about where the problem is, guides said to reset the cmos battery or remove it, i don't know how to remove it or what i'm looking at. attached is the button that says "clear cmos" but ive hit it several times and the pc isn't booting.
ignore the dust it's been sitting under my desk for a month bc i've been to embarrassed to look at my failure lmao.

You can’t figure out how to pop the big shiny battery out of the holder lol?
Clearing the CMOS will not make the PC boot afterwards and you have nothing connected to the power button headers on your motherboard in that photo.
Also, if your PC was working and you didn’t change anything, then there is a 99.9999999999999999999% chance that clearing the CMOS will do absolutely nothing for you. It bothers me how often people recommend it because it’s literally just resetting your BIOS settings.
Also, what does this have to do with overclocking?

should be connected to the power button of your case. did it work before?
or did you unplug it so you could take a better picture of the cmos thing?
