Getting super low CPU scores on Timespy using a 5600x on a B450 Tomahawk (not MAX.) Temps maxed at 75~ish for both GPU and CPU in their respective tests. Any possible reason for this? Any other tests I can do or settings I can change? I enabled PBO and that seemed to help a bit, but I still feel the CPU is underperforming compared to PCs with similar specs.

You build new PC? If not, check if your all cores are enabled
