Ya. On Amazon an i7-13700f is $360 and a 4060ti 16GB is $450. That’s $810 just for those 2 parts. I guess you just do the recommended thing that people say for the floor models, open the side panel and make sure no ones swiped anything out of it

Fuck, that’s really good. My PC that I built 6-7 years ago didn’t even have the top specs of its time and still cost far more than that (and that was not including a gpu and a storage device which I had to pull from my old PC). It’s sad that a prebuilt is now cheaper than building your own.

Damn that’s an absolute steal

Just an additional note, I’d only use the HD for storage (pictures, documents etc. anything that’s not actively running a program) or just rip it out and replace it with an SSD.
wouldn’t try to run programs/games off it unless you don’t mind slow loading screens or it’s super light stuff with few/no loading screens.

Absolute thievery. This is a no brainer.

Now that’s a good fucking deal. Granted the 4060ti is a laughably overpriced card, but even accounting for that, it’s still a great deal, at least in terms of specs.
If that particular model has some major defect or something, obviously that’d change things.

HDD is absolutely useless to me, but the parts add up great and I’m an MSI fan. I’d probably pick it up on a whim and swap that drive.
bencilbusher
worth.

I got this during the black friday sale for 999.99 in box. no regrets really and you cant go wrong with costco. despite the 4060ti, was still a massive upgrade from my 1070 i had used since its release.

Thats a scam in reverse.. very good deal.
ProtonPi314
That’s actually pretty damn good for $900. It’s a decent CPU. GPU is not great but not bad, but it’s pretty good great at that price. I would just upgrade it in a couple of years. 32GB of ram at $900 is great, most only have 16 at this price. 2TB is also great, lucky to get 1TB at this price.

I read the specs and immediately went “Jesus Christ!” You need to slurp that thing up, now.
PissyMillennial
Looks like the gpu is missing make sure it’s included.

I regret choosing to build a pc when I see deals like this.
RoGeR-Roger2382
Woah that’s a banger build for AI model training
ScarletSilver
That’s a damn good deal.

I would say yeah worth it plus IIRC Costco replaces the pc anything is missing from the pc.

Best pre-built and price I’ve seen yet. Seems early to take that off the floor. 4060 Ti 16GB still only 128-BIT GDDR6. Only seen this with MSI. Maybe those cyberABStypes once in a while or open box/displays. Just can’t get pre-builts at lower prices all the time. Drop a newer gen CPU and go up to a 4070 that would be over a $2000 pre-built.
BobbbyR6
Probably worth $1100 built yourself, $1300 pre-built. That seem about right, y’all?
Nice deal for sure and a big company to back uo the warranty? Great deal.

What Costco sells PCs?! Is this a West Coast thing?
