Idea for this fella, take the L on all the stickers, sell them for top com-market prices and then offer people games for cash at a discount if he can still buy gifts for other people with his steam balance.
If possible, just gift your alt account one game first to see if you can refund it and if Steam gives the money back to you or to the original account.
I do hope that he can sell all the stickers in due time for max profit and be smart with the money but if that doesn't work out, always look for a plan B, C, D, all the way to Z squared.
