a few of them, but DS3 is probably the biggest.
that game took a few years of on-again/off-again playing to actually get through.

Silent Hill 2, The Witcher III and now I’m finishing up Mass Effect Trilogy for a first time in my life.
Let’s just say they don’t make games like that no more…

I played Metal Gear Solid 4 last, and it was certainly the peak of the series for me in terms of the writing. Closing out Snake and Big Boss’s story there was amazing.
I played in a whacky order, Rising, V, 1, 2, 3, 4.

Everytime I see this post I think “Journey” just two hours of gameplay sometimes with some random stranger who also decided to play a 12 year old game at the same time as I did. No dialogue from the game and no words other than small beeps and boops from my new friend.

Firewatch. Seeing the photo reel at the end was the icing on the cake and a punch to the gut.
God of War 2018, Ragnarok and the Valhalla DLC. What a ride. Especially having played the original GoW games.
Bioshock and Bioshock infinite. Infinite gets a lot of hate, but every time i play it i discover new details that add to the story for me.
RDR and RDR II. Both were and still are some of the greatest moments of the entire medium.
Dead Space 1 and 2: The “Alien” and “Aliens” of video games.
Most Zelda games Ive played.
Dark Souls. You never forget your first, whether is was BB, Demon Souls, or Elden Ring. Mostly because of the immense sense of accomplishment and because the Gwynn fight is one of a kind.
