I finally did all 3 original acts and wanted to move on to the new ones and the Easter eggs. I can’t get act 4 contact to give me investigate the anomaly but it will leave the dark aether after beating the worm and exfiling. I’m not sure what to do. If someone has encountered this and can help thank you!

Are you doing this solo? The 2nd anomaly did that to me, found out it was because I had to be the one to initiate going into the aether
Happened to me also, and I was the one who initiated it and all. But I went in solo and I got then check mark. Ended up dying but I had a tombstone
Even if you don’t do it solo and do it with a team just make sure you activate it
Absolutely, like I said it worked for me solo. I ran in and tried to atleast complete a mission but failed miserably
