In Canada Toronto seems to be not even close to looking cyberpunk well Vancouver the buildings are close like cyberpunk but look very different.
Why do Asian cities kinda of get it right but in the US and Canada it seems way off? What is your feel on the condo boom going on now in a lot of cities.

I would hardly call Cyberpunk right, if that’s what you meant.
I would love to see walkable, livable cities. There’s lots to watch/learn/etc. about city planning and some great YT channels to check out on that topic.
Get rid of parking lots, lots of mixed-use space with citizen-friendly street fronts, etc.
