oh you got scammed dude. reason he never used it and couldnt return it is cause intel ARC is a failure. you would have been better off with amd rx6600.
intel arc has a bunch of issues, only recommended for advanced users that dont mind troubleshooting issues.

Arc has come A LONG way since launch. Intel is heavily invested in the Arc product line so your performance will continue to improve with each update. You are obviously going to run in to a few strange issues, but if you aren’t a n00b, you’ll be fine. I honestly believe that Intel will take quite a bit of market share from AMD in the low to mid tier for the next generation.

That’s a great price, I got one new for $240USD ($325CAD) this week and have been putting it through its paces. Using XeSS where you can makes it amazing. Been playing forza horizon 5 ultra settings and it’s great.
I for one, really hope Intel takes off with their GPU’s, they look sexy as hell, and I’ve heard mostly good things about them.

I really do love the Arc series. Wish they were just a little more powerful, but otherwise, absolutely awesome. Can’t wait for Alchemist 2, I bet they’ll really become competition against AMD and especially Nvidia if they don’t up the pricing too much.
