I delid my 12700K, applied Liquid Metal, and switched over to a 360 AIO. My temp are significantly colder, but I have noticed that three of the P-cores run a few degrees hotter than the other five, I assume these are my weakest p-cores. Just want to make sure this is normal before I open up the cpu again TEMPS

Depends on how much the difference is.
My unopened 14900k has a delta of about 9°C while stress testing (with a contact frame) – if you want something to compare.
