They were Syrianoo98, Jen-Loupe-pas-1 and Usain Bolt with clan tag #x2. His name is literally Usain Bolt and he uses speed hacks.

Laughable that this goes unnoticed for so long.

And I and others are continuously stuck in shadowban loops while these kids go untouched. Un-fucking-real

Yeah same happened to me on ps5 like 3 times now and it was literally the same guy named ‘iridescent claw’ whos top 250.

I haven’t ran into speed hackers yet but these clips are straight outta my nightmares

It’s bananas. You can get suspended from chat when you outplayed someone and they spite report you but this is fine.

Just another day in Call of Duty

Zero competition in this genre leads to this

  8. Thing is, you don’t even need an automated anticheat system at this point as there’re literally only 250 players in this case. They could be manually reviewed quite easily. It would take Ike an hour of their time. Fact is they simply don’t want to. They can easily do it. They just won’t.

That this game even has a ranked mode is a joke. I mean as soon as they announced it I knew it was going to be a cesspool for cheaters.

Because they are to worried about people swearing and using foul language. So sad what they have done

Looks sketchy just remember kill cams are faster than normal usually about 30 percent and there is a speed boost on fortunes keep, but it still looks crazy

Anticheat vs. Cheats will always be a rat race. But the problem seems to be, that Ricochet can’t even detect these kinds of simple cheats. It should be detectable when someone moves faster as intended. Or when someone is constantly walling. The thing is, that Anticheats are expensive. They cost money and they don’t make any money. Sure, there is a moment, when a game gets so overrun with cheaters, that people stop playing, which than is a money issue. That’s why they invested into Ricochet after the disaster they had in Verdansk. But they only invested the minimum, and they still do. They just invest so much in the software, that the software, that the player numbers are not at risk. If they took it serious, if they really want to get rid of cheaters, they could do that. They could hire white-hat hackers to see, where the vulnerabilities in the code are and patch them before the cheat providers find them. They could also expand the hardware ID bans to the TPM chip on the motherboard, which can’t get spoofed (to my knowledge). Much more could be done, but that costs money. And Activision does not want to spend this money. It is very simple.
