Undervolting 5900X for silent build

  1. Living in apartment in Japan can be pretty tricky. Since need to deal with noises.
I like to use speaker for my PC. So been trying to aim whisper silent PC build by undervolting CPU and GPU.
Combined with a lot of fan to make them spin at low rpm.

5900X using per CCX clock adjustment.
1.169mV with 4.400MHz and 4.250MHz for each CCX.
Feel like winning silicone lottery and losing at the same time.
    SoC voltage at 0.95mV.
    3070 Running at 1900@0.9mV
But seems voltage jumps to 1V? not sure if It’s intended behavior or not.

So far temps sustainable under 80C with fan running at 400 – 600 rpm which is inaudible.
GPU (deshrouded) ramps up to 900rpm sometimes, but still whisper quiet.
Tried AIO before, but not quite lucky with the pump. The noise is kinda triggering.

    Quite satisfied for now!
Not using PBO because I also host minecraft and palworld server too, kinda prefer static freqs and dedicate them to specific cores by assigning affinity.

Video link for noise! : https://streamable.com/bg9sho (Weeb alert btw).
