Just a random 6 NPC’s that walked past me in game at the same spot. The detail is something else.

I just saw a couple standing together overlooking the bay, incredible detail and the girl was hot. Sucks you couldn’t really talk to them.

And you have to look really hard to find duplicate NPCs, and if you do they wear different clothes.
Subsurface rendering really makes a huge difference in skin. Then add in the work they did for integrating speech with the animations via Jali and it’s genuinely impressive this was the work for a game rather than a simulation project by a big tech company.
Sometimes I wonder what supercomputers people have to make it look like this. If I didn’t know these were all from the game I wouldn’t be able to tell some of these aren’t real, especially 4
This game you can either never see the same 2 npcs ever or you get a flashmob of vik look alikes all in a clothes store
