Are there both ram kit compatible both have same model number but there manufacturers are different one kit is from Samsung another is from SK Hynix.

You’ll likely have a headache trying to run those together. Not to mention one is Dual rank and the other is Single rank. Basically the subtimings would be completely different on the two different kits. You might not be able to run them at the XMP-3200 settings.
