Einstein probably.

Spending money on awsthetics or “temps” or low noise is perfectly reasonable/valid AS LONG AS you know that’s what you’re paying for
And also, pls dont put an aio on a 12400f or 5600 that’s just like a gigantic exhaust on a honda civic
N7Tom
To be fair, when I’ve seen people suggest an air cooler over an AIO it’s usually for people thinking they need to spend £120+ to cool a 12400f or something like that. Maybe less Einstein and more streetwise pleb in reality

Phantom Spirit is better.

It’s also because aesthetics is a scummy term in pc circles because of how overpriced things are for being “gamer” and “RGB”. At least most sff enthusiasts know what they are doing and what to expect

I’m using the nzxt kraken elite on my new build with a 7800x3d, I’m well aware I don’t need it. But I wanted the case full of fans, and I wanted the lcd screen.

“Hey what do you guys think of my build? It’s a Ryzen 5500 and an RTX 3050 in a $200 case with a 360mm AIO and an X570 motherboard.”

Just build what you like. If you wanna drop a GPU tier to splurge on Lian Li fans in a white fish tank do it.
Build what you like. As long as you build it ~~and don’t buy a pre-built like a weenie~~

Usually it is what separates the men from the boys. Kind of like gameplay is king over graphics every time.

Still gunna laugh at people who spend $200+ extra on rgb parts for a mid/low end build.

“You don’t need an AIO” I don’t *NEED* a gaming PC either but I want one and I want a dumb little fish tank pump in it. The argument of what you “need” is stupid.

I really love looking at the pretty RBG tanks. I just know I wouldn’t want one for hours next to me

we all know that the more RGB lights you have the more dps increase you have

PC build can be as ugly as it can, but in-game I want top notch graphics and resolution

Well here’s the thing, it’s cheaper to buy faster hardware that doesn’t look as good. It doesn’t even end up looking bad either, if yall want I can share a pic of my build which is just hobbled together parts that I got good deals on.

I remember people laughing at me over me putting an air cooler on my 7600x.
