The option to choose between monolid and hooded eyes. It’s not apparent with makeup, but it’s very noticeable with a natural look.
Also, heavy face powder. I want V to look like a geisha.
Blue cyborg eyes.
Honestly just more clothing options and gloves!
I see NPCs walking around with more style than me and it is maddening.

Robust, customizable tattoo (adjust position, opacity, color, etc) would be cool. I just learned how to create my own tattoo (with Wolvenkit + Photoshop) and it’s an awesome experience seeing your own creation in game.
Gran Turismo Sport have this kind of decal system where you upload a design to their website and use the uploaded design as a sticker to your car in game, CDPR please steal that system haha
Every game should have the ability to flip hairstyles. It seems like a no-brainer

The cyberware you see the NPCs going around with, a full cybernetic arm for example. Also the amount of clothing items that aren’t available for the character that should be. I agree that heterochromia would be cool too ESP being as eye colour can basically be changed on a whim. Tattoo customisation too

Had to mod that in… I honestly thought there was an option in vanilla but I’m also playing BG3 and it’s an opinion in that game instead. I always thought the option to flop hairstyles would have been appreciated.
Height/weight, more piercing options (I just want a captive ring in each ear and nothing else), a ton more hairstyles, ESPECIALLY long hair for masc characters, more tattoo choices (would be cool if there was some way to upload images for use as tats) with layers and positioning, and maybe a tweak to the clothing system so that we can pick items we want and then choose the color scheme or else be able to change it. Basically more more more of everything. I think most of the color choices should be connected to a color wheel instead of preset too. I just want to make a big beefy V (or whoever the next character will be) running around in purple and black lookin like a metalhead who’s about to start moshing on your face.

i would sacrifice my soul to have SLEEVES, so many cool base game outfits with sleeves or cuffs and they just get rolled up like some cheap t-shirt 😞
Even if height needs to stay the same, I wish they gave us more options for body type. I want my Body Tech build to be built like a brick shit house, and my Int build to be a twink.

I wanna adjust weight; my character is a netrunner and is kind of chubby but I can’t actually portray that in-game so the most I can do is install a mod that smooths out his abs and suffer through trying to mod in a body resculpt myself lmao
