I was obsessed with it from the Squad 4vs4 to capture the flag. Felt so awesome.
Is there any other game that has that community feel and gaming style multiplayer?
I loved it so much and never found a game that filled that void as much. They should remake this or even do one that is 3rd or 1st person to keep up with the times.

Was this that ‘multiplayer asteroids’ CTF game from the early 2000s? I was so bad at that game but loved it all the same.
This game was amazing back in the day, hope there’s still an active community for it.

I played this game like it was my job back in middle school (‘97-99 timeframe). I was on a competitive squad and everything. Probably thousands of hours, haha.
After this I played a game called Infantry that was made by the same developers.
I played a concerning amount of this game. I miss that aspect of being able to log on a gigantic server and just… participate in the chaos and make a difference.
The only ship name I remember is the Lancaster. I mostly played that and the green stealth ship.
Yep. I have great memories of both this and A.R.C. (Attack, Retrieve, Capture) from around the same time period.

Used to play it back in the late 90s early 2000s on some sick servers that had all sorts of goofy gameplay modes/mods. I even remember playing one time on a giant server of 2 teams and actually managing to break through on a CTF map after a stalemate of at least an hour. Few games have given me a similar rush ever since. What a classic.
I played so much Continuum as a kid. I don’t remember much except some guy called Shadow space who was goated and I used to spend all my time in some sort of death star map
I played the hell out of this in the late 90s on my Packard Bell. Many late nights teaming up to take over part of a map or bring down a player with a big bounty.
