Try re-seating both CPU and memory sticks, then try again.
If it still fails, keep testing with one ram stick at a time to pinpoint the faulty stick. Then send it out for rma.
Over 3000 errors in 45 minutes point to a bad stick. Try running at JEDEC. If it still spits out errors, time to RMA.
