iirc Kiwi’s hollow mouth space is there so she could dissipate heat better, as netrunning produces a fuck ton of heat. Yes she uses ice baths for that, but anything to dissipate heat faster does improve netrunning efficiency.

It is for placing different mouth prostetic and covers, she just have a cyborg head and have that mouth slot uncovered in that scene, like a lot of Malestrom guys, In that slot you can place the cover she usually wears or a mouth prostetic.
