No one double jumps but you. Many characters have the charge jump but I’ve only ever seen a few that use it. Maelstrom does and occasionally random goons will climb up the side of a walkway they shouldn’t have been able to reach, but I’ve only observed maelstrom doing it in the food plant at the start.
